All the employees at Du Mond’s are appreciated for what they contribute to the farm during every season. Todd, the owner, along with the managers, carefully listens and considers all ideas and encourages employees to share their input, questions or concerns. This year’s harvest was unlike others, the weather conditions caused slow-downs and presented new challenges-all of which the team handled in stride. The entire team celebrated with a lunch out, and a time to reflect on what went well and what could be improved for next season. Part of the Farm’s vision is to constantly challenge the “status quo” and lead within the industry, this all starts with the team’s strong connection and communication that allows us, even in harsh conditions, to successfully complete the job! Great work to all of our team members for persevering and making it a successful harvest 2018!
