The culture at DuMond promotes a family-friendly environment. Days can be long during our busy seasons, but always welcome spouses and kids to stop by, as long as it is safe!  Many of our employees are raising young kids, and some have already raised their kids - everyone values the importance and enjoys the time of getting to share their experiences with their families!
