We are excited to announce that last night we received our Special Use Permit for our Soybean Processing Facility from the Town of Fleming!!! We have been working with the Town of Fleming for almost 1 year to receive this approval. Town of Fleming Board of Directors and Planning Board have been wonderful to work with; everyone asked challenging questions, ultimately, making the Soybean Processing Facility better.

We would like to give a special thanks to Don Bowen, the Code and Zoning Officer at the time, Don Oltz, the Town Supervisor, and Kerry Smith, the Highway Supervisor for all of their extra effort and time in making sure our plans were in line with the rules and interests of the Town of Fleming.
