I have to say that I have never worked at a company or in an industry where people that left the company come back to help out in their downtime – until now.

Over the winter and early spring, we had some turnover, all for reasons that made sense and there were no hard feelings. All of the employees that left said that they would still like to help around their new schedules. They have all come through!! In fact one of the team mates that left to try something new realized it was not what he wanted to do andhas come back to our team full-time!

Our new full-time team has been terrific in welcoming the extra hands and working together with the part-time team to get the job done.

I have to say thank you to all of our team members full-time and part-time for working together and doing a good job!
